In Seattle’s Central District, steps from Judkins Park Light Rail Station and next to Jimi Hendrix Park — open lawns, walking paths, and Mount Rainier views — and the Northwest African American Museum. Primarily residential, with Columbia City and Mount Baker nearby for coffee, restaurants, and groceries.
Judkins Park Station is right around the corner — one stop to downtown and the stadiums, direct service to Bellevue and Redmond, and the airport with one transfer at International District/Chinatown.
Ride-shares (Uber, Lyft) and scooters (Lime, Bird) are readily available, and Metro buses run through the area. Driving? Free street parking on the block (RPZ 36, hangtag provided).

No parties, events, or commercial use unless disclosed and approved before booking. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please don’t tamper with smoke/CO alarms or outdoor security cameras. Before you leave: bin the trash, turn things off, lock up.
Free street parking only — not the driveway or directly in front of the house. Park in areas marked “RPZ 36” and display the provided hangtag.
Move your car every 72 hours (Seattle ordinance). The driveway and EV charger are not available for guest use.
Pets in the unit — $250 per pet
Undisclosed extra guests — $100 / person / night
Parking pass lost or damaged — $150
Tampering with alarms or cameras — $500 min., plus stay termination and possible reporting
Damage to smart lock, hangtag or property — repair/replacement cost plus labor
Not suitable for children or infants. Exterior security cameras and a doorbell camera are on the property; smoke & CO alarms and noise decibel monitors are installed.
